Information you provide.

When you sign up as a provider, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, service category, city, and website. When you add a payment method, Stripe collects and stores your payment information directly — LynkServ never sees or stores your full card details.

Information collected automatically.

When you visit LynkServ, we may collect standard log data including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs. We use this data to operate and improve the platform.

Cookies.

LynkServ uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in and to understand how the platform is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly without them.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your provider account
• Process subscription payments via Stripe
• Send transactional emails including welcome messages, trial reminders, and billing notifications via Brevo
• Display your business listing to consumers searching LynkServ
• Verify your business using automated vetting tools
• Respond to your questions and support requests
• Improve and operate the LynkServ platform

Your listing is public.

When your provider account is approved, your business name, phone number, website, service category, and city are displayed publicly on LynkServ so consumers can find and contact you. This is the core function of the platform.

Service providers.

We share data with third-party services that help us operate LynkServ, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Brevo (email), Vercel (hosting), and Google (analytics and search). These providers process data only as necessary to deliver their services.

We never sell your data.

LynkServ does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

Legal requirements.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of LynkServ, our users, or the public.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and close your account, we will delete your personal information within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial record-keeping purposes.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure third-party infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information in your account
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of non-transactional marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send

LynkServ is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at hello@lynkserv.com and we will delete it promptly.

LynkServ may display links to provider websites and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active providers via email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
