Terms of Service

LynkServ is a local business directory that connects Utah consumers with local service providers. LynkServ does not provide services directly and is not a party to any transaction between consumers and providers. We are a platform only.

Eligibility.

To list your business on LynkServ, you must operate a legitimate business serving customers in Utah. By signing up, you confirm that your business information is accurate and that you are authorized to represent the business.

Verification.

LynkServ uses automated and manual vetting to review provider submissions. We reserve the right to approve, flag, or reject any provider at our sole discretion. Rejection does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.

Accurate Information.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about your business. Misrepresentation, including false licenses, fake reviews, or fraudulent business details, will result in immediate removal without refund.

Prohibited Businesses.

You may not list a business that engages in illegal activity, operates without required licenses in licensed trade categories, or violates any applicable federal, state, or local law.

Plans.

LynkServ offers three subscription tiers: Basic ($29/month), Standard ($59/month), and Featured ($99/month), available on monthly or annual billing cycles.

Free Trial.

New providers receive a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial period, your listing will be deactivated unless you add a payment method and activate a paid plan.

Billing.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. By providing a payment method, you authorize LynkServ to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your provider dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Refunds.

All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Promotions.

Promotional discounts, including the Founding Member discount and any other promotional codes, are subject to their stated terms. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Price Changes.

LynkServ reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days notice before any price increase takes effect.

The Deals add-on ($50/month) allows Featured providers to post a live offer in the LynkServ Deals marketplace. Deal content must be accurate and honored as described. LynkServ reserves the right to remove any Deal that is misleading, expired, or reported as not honored.

Businesses may earn free subscription months by referring other businesses to LynkServ. Referral rewards are issued as Stripe credits applied to your account after the referred provider is approved and activates a paid plan. Referral credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Consumers may search and browse LynkServ for free. LynkServ does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any service offered by a listed provider. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before hiring any business found on LynkServ.

Business Content.

By submitting business information, photos, or other content to LynkServ, you grant LynkServ a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the platform.

Accuracy.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your business information, photos, and testimonials are accurate and not misleading.

Prohibited Content.

You may not submit content that is false, defamatory, obscene, or violates any third party’s rights.

LynkServ and its logo, design, and content are the property of LynkServ LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

LynkServ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular level of search traffic or customer inquiries will result from a listing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LynkServ LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost revenue, lost customers, or data loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah County, Utah.

LynkServ may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active providers.
