What is the difference between Basic, Standard, and Featured?
Basic gets you listed in search results with a full public profile. Standard adds higher placement, your photo or logo, a First-Time Customer Offer, and up to 3 customer testimonials. Featured puts you at the top of every search result in your city and category — always — plus profile analytics and social media links.
What is a First-Time Customer Offer?
A FTCO is a special offer you set for new customers — like ‘Free estimate’ or ‘20% off first visit.’ It appears on your listing card and profile, giving homeowners a reason to choose you. You can update or turn it off anytime from your dashboard.
How do I get to the top of search results?
