What Happens After Your Free Trial Ends

Every LynkServ plan starts with a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. Here's what happens at the end of that trial period.

Three Days Before

We send a reminder email three days before your trial ends. It includes a direct link to your billing page and a summary of what's on your current plan. This is a good time to decide whether you want to continue and, if so, whether you want to upgrade.

At the End of the Trial

If you haven't added a payment method by the time your trial ends, your listing is automatically paused. A paused listing is not visible to homeowners in search results, but it is not deleted. All your profile information is preserved.

Reactivating Your Listing

To reactivate, log in to your dashboard, go to Billing & Plan, and activate a subscription. Once your payment processes, your listing goes live immediately — no re-review required.

If You Choose to Cancel

If you decide LynkServ isn't right for your business, you don't need to do anything — your listing will simply pause at the end of the trial. There are no cancellation fees. If you do want to cancel an active paid subscription, you can do so from the Stripe billing portal with one click.

Founding Member Discount

If you joined during the Founding Member period, your 50% discount is applied automatically to your first three months of paid subscription — not to the trial. The discount kicks in the first time you're billed, not at signup.
