LynkServ offers three listing tiers. Here's a clear-eyed guide to what each one actually includes and which might be right for your business.

Basic — $29/mo

Basic gets you listed in the LynkServ directory with a full public profile. Your business name, phone number, website, description, and subcategories are all visible to homeowners. You can also upload a profile photo. Basic is a solid starting point for businesses that want to establish a presence without a significant monthly commitment. It's also a good fit for businesses that are newer and don't yet have testimonials to showcase.

What Basic doesn't include: customer testimonials, a First-Time Customer Offer badge, and social media links on your profile.

Standard — $59/mo

Standard includes everything in Basic plus the features that help you stand out: up to three customer testimonials, a First-Time Customer Offer badge, social media links, and a Standard badge in search results. If you've been in business for a few years and have happy customers who can vouch for you, Standard lets you put that social proof front and center.

Featured — $99/mo

Featured puts you at the top of every search result in your city and category — always, not just sometimes. Only three Featured spots exist per subcategory per city, so if you hold one, you appear before everyone else. Featured also includes an analytics dashboard so you can see how many people are viewing your profile and clicking your contact information.

Featured is the right choice if you're competing in a busy market and want consistent visibility.

Starting with a Trial

Every tier starts with a 30-day free trial. No credit card required. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. If you're unsure where to start, Basic or Standard are both reasonable starting points. You can always move to Featured once you've seen how the platform performs for you.
