Navigating Your Provider Dashboard
A tour of every section in your dashboard and where to find what you need.
Your provider dashboard is the control center for your LynkServ listing. Here's what you'll find in each section.
Overview
The main dashboard page shows your listing status (Live, Pending, or Suspended), how many days remain in your trial, and quick links to your most common tasks. If you're a Founding Member, you'll also see a reminder of your discount.
Edit Profile
This is where you update your business name, contact information, description, website, social media links, and profile photo. Changes go live immediately — no re-approval needed for profile edits.
First-Time Offer
Manage your FTCO here. Toggle it on or off, update the offer details, and set or clear an expiry date. The preview at the bottom of the page shows exactly how your badge will appear to homeowners.
Billing & Plan
See your current plan, upgrade or downgrade, and manage your Stripe subscription. If you're still on the trial, this is where you'll activate a paid plan when you're ready. The Stripe billing portal handles invoice history, payment method updates, and cancellations.
Share & Refer
Your personal referral link is here. When another provider signs up using your link and is approved, you earn one free month. Copy the pre-written message and share it on Facebook, in local business groups, or directly to colleagues.
Signing Out
Use the Sign Out button in the sidebar. For security, sign out when using a shared or public device.
If you ever need help finding something, start on the main dashboard page — the Quick Actions section links to the most commonly used features.
