How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

Step-by-step instructions for canceling your LynkServ subscription with no fees or hassle.

Canceling your LynkServ subscription is simple and there are no cancellation fees.

How to Cancel

Log in to your provider dashboard and navigate to "Billing & Plan." Click the button to open the Stripe billing portal. In the portal, select "Cancel subscription." Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you won't be charged again, and your listing remains active until the period ends.

What Happens After Cancellation

Once your billing period ends, your listing is paused and no longer visible in search results. Your profile information is preserved — if you decide to return, you can reactivate without starting over.

If You're Still in Your Trial

If you're within your 30-day trial and don't want to continue, you don't need to do anything. Simply let the trial expire and your listing will pause automatically. No credit card was charged, and no cancellation is required.

If You're Having Issues

If you're canceling because of a problem with your account rather than a decision to leave the platform, please reach out to us at hello@lynkserv.com before canceling. We're happy to help resolve issues, adjust your plan, or pause your listing temporarily if you're dealing with a seasonal slowdown or personal situation.
