How Do I Update My Contact Information?

How to change your phone number, website, email, or other contact details on your profile.

Keeping your contact information current is critical — it's how homeowners reach you.

Updating Phone Number, Website, and Social Links

Log in to your dashboard and navigate to "Edit Profile." Update your phone number, website, and social media links directly in the form fields. Click "Save Changes." Updates are immediate — your profile reflects the new information right away, with no re-approval required.

Updating Your Email Address

Your login email is separate from your public profile and managed through your account settings. If you need to update the email address associated with your LynkServ account, contact us at hello@lynkserv.com and we'll make the change.

What You Can't Change Yourself

Your listing city and category are fixed after approval — these were part of the original vetting process. If you need to change your city or category, contact support. There may be a re-review required.

If You've Changed Phone Numbers

Update your phone number in your dashboard immediately. A wrong phone number on your listing means every homeowner who tries to reach you is going nowhere. This is the most common source of lost inquiries for LynkServ providers.

Business Name Changes

If your business has undergone a legal name change, update it in your profile and contact us to note the change. We may need to update your listing slug (the URL of your profile) to reflect the new name.
