How Do I Upgrade or Downgrade My Plan?

How to change your LynkServ plan tier and when changes take effect.

You can upgrade or downgrade your LynkServ plan at any time from your dashboard.

Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade from Basic to Standard, or from Standard to Featured, go to your dashboard and navigate to "Billing & Plan." Select your new plan and confirm. Upgrades take effect immediately — your listing will show at the new tier right away, and you'll be billed for the difference prorated to your billing cycle.

Upgrading to Featured: One Important Note

Featured spots are limited to three per subcategory per city. If all Featured spots in your market are taken, upgrading to Featured may put you on a waitlist rather than immediately granting a Featured listing. If this applies to your market, we'll let you know when you attempt the upgrade.

Downgrading Your Plan

To downgrade, navigate to the Stripe billing portal from your Billing & Plan page and select a lower plan. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle — you'll remain on your current plan until then.

What Changes When You Upgrade

Moving from Basic to Standard adds testimonials, First-Time Offer, social links, and the Standard badge. Moving from Standard to Featured adds top placement in all searches and the analytics dashboard.

What Changes When You Downgrade

If you downgrade from Standard to Basic, your testimonials and FTCO badge will no longer display, though the information is saved. If you upgrade again later, they'll reappear. Downgrading from Featured means you lose top placement, though your listing remains active.
